Where This Started — 2,500 Students and a Very Different Kind of Education Business

WonderMaple Strategy was founded by Jenkin Tse, an education recruitment specialist based in Ontario, Canada. Before building this consultancy, Jenkin spent three years on the front line of student recruitment — not as a marketer advising schools, but as a practitioner directly recruiting international students into high schools and higher education institutions across North America.

Over those three years, more than 2,500 students were placed into institutions, almost entirely through digital channels. No mall booths. No traditional agent networks. No large sales team. Just a recruitment system built from scratch using SEO, social content, YouTube, Facebook, community building, CRM discipline, and a deep understanding of how international families — particularly from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Southeast Asia broadly — actually make decisions about overseas education.

That experience produced something most marketing agencies do not have: a genuine, operational understanding of the full student journey from first online discovery through to enrolment, visa support, and arrival. Why We Built EduviXor — and What It Tells You About Our Mindset

During those years of active recruitment, it became clear that the volume and complexity of managing thousands of student inquiries could not be sustained purely through manual effort. The operational bottlenecks were real. Response time suffered. Lead quality was inconsistent. Follow-up was difficult to systemise at scale.

That problem led directly to the development of EduviXor — a proprietary AI tool built specifically for the education recruitment sector. EduviXor was designed to streamline and accelerate key stages of the student recruitment process, from inquiry capture and lead qualification to follow-up automation and multilingual content delivery. It was not built because AI was fashionable. It was built because there was a real operational need, and the tools available in the market at the time were not designed with education recruitment in mind.
